Meditation has numerous benefits to emotional, physical, & spiritual health! Meditation is certainly a skill that can only be used efficiently when practiced. It can take years to utilize meditation to its full benefit, and many people believe they can achieve enlightenment through meditation.
I personally believe that anyone can achieve healing & higher, divine communication through meditation. There are studies that show meditation calms a certain area of our brain where fear, doubt, and negativity is stored. It seems that meditation may have the power to reset negative experiences and help your higher sub-consciousness connect with your waking consciousness!
Through meditation, people have spontaneously healed disease and illness, experienced past lives, healed past lives, & found applicable divine guidance!
